History of Nicols Jewelry at Calle Goya 12
In 1980 we inaugurated the first Goya jewelry store at number 12 with a great reception in the Salamanca neighborhood. A few months later, due to the high demand for our jewelry made in our artisan workshops, the Nicols jewelers Madrid 1917 group decided to strengthen its position on this emblematic Madrid street by opening the second boutique on Calle Goya at number 55.
With the opening of the Goya 12 jewelry store, Nicols incorporated new jewelry workshops and integrated the upholstery, display cases, and displays workshop to create a jewelry exhibition that made a difference.
Nicols continues to defend jewelry made in Spain and is one of the few jewelers in the world that integrates the entire jewelry manufacturing chain from the mine to the final customer. These differentiating aspects of the Spanish jewelry brand, along with its designs, craftsmanship, and savoir-faire, make its jewelry have a great quality-price ratio, and for this reason thousands of customers worldwide choose Nicols jewelry to commemorate, with jewelry created artisanally in Madrid, the most beautiful moments of their lives: engagements, weddings, anniversaries, births, baptisms, communions, graduations, retirements…
Such is the love of the Nicols jeweler family for jewelry that, in addition to creating their own pieces, the Nicols jewelry workshops also repair, restore, or create new jewelry from old or family pieces that are broken or no longer suit current tastes. For Nicols, the customer is the most important, which is why in 2013 Nicols was one of the first jewelers in Spain to innovate by launching its online jewelry store and selling jewelry and watches in more than 50 countries, although we continue to prioritize the shopping experience in our stores.
